This was our first time using a recruiting company since downsizing and outsourcing/supplementing what was in-house HR. Horizon was very systematic and thorough in their introduction to the process and team. We were most impressed with their ability to find quality candidates quickly, in a market that is not flush with talent. I would strongly urge investing in Horizon as a resource for identifying and employing foundational team members.
