A graduate of Cornell University's School of Hotel Administration, Alissa brings more than 25 years of hospitality and recruiting experience to her work. Before transitioning into executive search, she built a successful career in hotel and restaurant operations, holding leadership positions with respected organizations including Hillstone Restaurant Group, Starwood International, and China Grill Management.

Known for her consultative approach, strong industry relationships, and ability to identify exceptional talent, Alissa has successfully partnered with hotels, resorts, private clubs, restaurants, contract foodservice companies, destination management organizations, and hospitality-related businesses across North America.
