Horizon made the hiring process seamless. The recruiter was able to take the criteria for the position that I was filling and present several candidates each of whom met the specifications. I would not have found any of the candidates that I interviewed by using websites such as Indeed . My recruiter was attentive without being overbearing and he provided valuable feedback when asked his opinion. Horizon handled the difficult part of the interview process which is dealing with the rejection of candidates who weren’t the perfect fit.
