Challenge

A group of investors preparing to open a new restaurant in Saint Petersburg, Russia, needed a corporate chef with experience at a well-known international restaurant brand. The search required a rare combination of culinary expertise, global brand familiarity, and the willingness to relocate internationally with family. Traditional recruiting networks could not reach candidates who met all these requirements, and the investors needed results quickly to stay on schedule for their launch.

Approach
