“So, do you have any questions for me?”

As a candidate, you might think that if you ask too many questions, you’ll come across as annoying or even clueless. But that couldn’t be farther from the truth. You should always be prepared with questions and here’s why:
Creates a Conversation
If an interview feels like an interrogation with a Q&A section at the end, you’ve got the wrong approach. As the interviewer asks questions, follow up with your own. By asking clarification questions and truly engaging in what the interviewer is saying, you show the interpersonal and communication skills that management and customer-facing roles often require.

A quick google search can provide you with an idea of a property or restaurant’s volume, history, and clientele.
