What should you expect from a 40-hour Recruiting Research Campaign?
The results of a Recruiting Research Campaign will vary and depend largely upon the type of research project and positions targeted. A typical example of a Research Campaign would be as follows:
- 4 to 6 Contacts Made per hour (these contacts represent those prospective candidates that we actually speak with)
- Minimum of 12 Candidates Generated which meet your specific requirements and are interested in joining your company
- Constant Communication throughout the entire Campaign along with a Detailed Call Log at the conclusion of the project
Although there are no guarantees that you will hire a new employee as a result of our Recruiting Research Campaign, many of our clients are able to secure multiple hires from a 40 hour campaign within a specific geographical region.

We commit up-front to providing a specific number of confirmed targeted research names. You will receive each person’s name, title, prior employers, salary history and work and/or home phone numbers. We typically provide even more names than the number contracted. Horizon Hospitality provides a Client Satisfaction Guarantee that states if we do not meet or exceed the number of qualified candidates, we will prorate the charges for our services.
Fee Structure – all work is conducted on an hourly basis
40 hour Campaign = $4,600 ($115/hr)
80 hour Campaign = $8,800 ($110/hr)
120 hour Campaign = $12,600 ($105/hr)
