Horizon’s Contained Search is essentially a ”Non-Exclusive Retained Search.”  This type of search is ideal for those companies who wish to utilize other recruiting resources, in addition to ours. 

The advantages of a Contained/Non-Exclusive Search with Horizon Hospitality are significant.  Contained Searches take precedence over contingency assignments due to the mutual commitments that are involved in the search process.  Our team prioritizes these searches and assigns a dedicated team of sourcing professionals to the project.  Contained Searches are ideal when an urgent situation or for a sensitive case in which confidentiality is paramount. 

Some benefits of a Contained Search include:

• Guaranteed Results with a minimum of five (5) qualified candidates will be produced within 14 days of the search commencing
• No back end fee due unless you hire a candidate we have presented
• Replacement guarantee of 90-days is provided should a candidate leave your employ for any reason
• Upon search completion, you are assured of tapping into all of your resources and having secured the finest candidate available!

An upfront, non-refundable fee of $2,000 is due to commence your search with the remainder of the fee ONLY due if you hire one of the talented candidates we present.  The back end fee will be based on a percentage of base salary, less the fee previously paid.
