BACKGROUND CHECKS
- Criminal Conviction Check - A state and fedearal search for conviction records in your applicant’s name.
- Sex Offender Search – Federal and State Comprehensive Search
- Social Security Number Verification - Assures the person applying for employment is valid and has not applied under a false number
- Credit History - A full credit summary can be an essential tool to those employers where a good picture of fiscal responsibility is imperative.
- Driving Records - The researching of an applicant's driving record.
A detailed interview process with a minimum of three former employers/supervisors to ascertain overall job performance. Your choice of six reference questions will probe into a candidate's prior performance and provide you with indicator as to their future success with your company. Peers or subordinates may be used if an ample amount of supervisors are not reachable.
DRUG TESTING
We can provide you with a 9 Panel Drug Test. The test looks for: Amphetamines, Barbiturates, Benzodiazepines, Cocaine, Marijuana, Opiates, Phencyclidine (PCP), Propoxyphene, Methadone, Creatinine. A Medical Review Officer (MRO) will be available for all positive drug test results.
EDUCATION VERIFICATION
A confirmation of an applicant's dates of attendance, degree earned (if any), honors achieved (attached to the degree) and major field of study at all applicable schools. Grade transcripts can also be obtained (highest level).
BEHAVIORAL ASSESSMENTSOur assessments are designed to help assure an individual's increased performance and organizational effectiveness while measuring their ability to interact effectively with people. They help to illustrate probable success or failure in a work environment.
COGNITIVE TESTING
Our mental ability test that helps measure an individual's ability to learn new skills quickly, adjust to new situations, understand complex or subtle relationships, and be flexible in thinking. This instrument helps assess an individual's capacity to learn and understand the requirements of the job.
