360 Performance Reviews

Our 360/Personal Performance Surveys Personal effectiveness within each key position is crucial to the ongoing success of the organization. 360 surveys allow respondents to provide valuable feedback regarding the effectiveness of another individual’s performance. The results of 360 surveys are then used to enhance and develop the individual.

Since each survey can be customized to suit your needs, you are in control of the parameters. You choose the survey titles, content, respondent instructions, demographic filters, categories, questions, rating scales and comment areas. Survey results can be viewed in a variety of report options, including mean score, unfavorable/favorable, frequency distribution and written comments report.

Team Building Workshops

Horizon’s Team Building Workshops have been conducted for numerous hospitality organizations across the country. These workshops will range from 90 minutes to 120 minutes depending upon the specific goals and objectives of our clients.

In order to build relationships with other team members, you must first understand yourself. Achievers throughout history have one thing in common—they know themselves. This means that they don’t underestimate what they can do, they don’t sell themselves short and they do know their own limitations. CMAA Education Workshops

Scott Samuels and other team members are frequent speakers at the Club Manager Association of America (CMAA) National Conference and also conduct 90-minute to six-hour workshops at Club Management Chapters across the country. Exit Interviews

Exit interviews play an integral part in preventing future employees from leaving the company while improving the organization’s overall working environment. By keeping track of the outcomes of exit interviews over time, employers can begin to identify trends and patterns as to why people terminate their employment. Employers can also determine whether turnover is higher in certain positions and departments, whether there are management issues in certain areas, and whether the organization is offering remuneration which is in line with the competition.

Functioning as a third party, Horizon Hospitality has been able to obtain highly valuable information for our clients when conducting exit interviews. We will work with you to structure the appropriate interview questions and obtain this vital information in a timely fashion.
